Tuff Mounts Holden Drag Nationals // March 27th 2021

After a disappointing year of delays for the 2020 Holden Drag Nationals finally a date of 27th March 2021 was set for the event.

With a day of private testing set aside for entrants on the Friday early on it was clear to see it was going to be an action packed weekend with plenty of PB’s, drive line carnage and close racing.

Saturday’s racing continued well into the night as the qualifying action included fires, crashes, plenty of oil downs and multiple breakages halting racing throughout the day.

Brad Young’s HR Holden would win the award for the wheelstand of the weekend which saw the HR on its bumper before slamming down hard resulting in no damage and running a pass of 9.4@146mph later.
